📜 Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) – Easy Seniors™

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern product sales made through the website www.easyseniors.fr between Easy Seniors™ and any consumer placing an order.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
Images and photographs are for illustration purposes only and are not contractual.

In case of error, inaccuracy, or unavailability, Easy Seniors™ reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping fees.
The total amount is shown before the customer confirms the order.

Easy Seniors™ may modify prices at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

5. Orders

The customer must provide complete and accurate information.
Any order placed implies acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.

Easy Seniors™ reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is required immediately at the time of order.
Payments are made online through secure payment systems (e.g., bank card, PayPal, Stripe).

Bank data is never stored by Easy Seniors™.

7. Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times provided are estimates.

If the delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may request the cancellation and refund of their order.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

The product must be returned unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.

9. Legal Guarantees

The customer benefits from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity
    (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code)

  • the guarantee against hidden defects
    (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)

10. Liability

Easy Seniors™ cannot be held liable for indirect damages, business losses, or events due to force majeure.
Product use is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

12. Disputes and Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution first.
If no agreement is reached, the matter may be brought before the competent French courts.
