We ship to the following regions:

  • Metropolitan France

  • European Union (EU) countries

  • Switzerland and other non-European countries (outside the EU)


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours
(excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.


🚛 Estimated Delivery Times

  • France: 5 to 8 business days

  • Europe: 7 to 10 business days

  • Non-European countries: 7 to 10 business days

These delivery times are estimates.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (peak periods, postal delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, etc.).


💸 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on:

  • the destination country

  • the weight of the package

Free shipping promotions may occasionally be offered or applied above a minimum purchase amount.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to follow your parcel in real time.


Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Parcels

If you encounter any issue with your shipment (parcel not received, damaged, or lost), please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date:
