🛍️ Return and Refund Policy – Easy Seniors™
At Easy Seniors™, customer satisfaction is a priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your product to us.
🔁 Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)
In accordance with our commercial policy, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us by email at support@easyseniors.fr and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Product concerned
- Your explicit withdrawal request
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, including all accessories and instructions.
- Any item returned damaged, incomplete, or showing clear signs of use may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of refund.
- Return shipping costs are fully covered by Easy Seniors™.
💸 Refund
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made using the original payment method, within a maximum period of 14 days.
In the event of a damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant returned product, Easy Seniors™ reserves the right to refuse the refund or apply an appropriate reduction.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Products
For reasons of hygiene or safety, certain products cannot be returned if they have been used in a way that no longer allows them to be resold.
This may apply in particular to certain medical products or personal comfort products.
